Today we celebrate our nation's independence and the freedoms we enjoy as Americans. It's also a time to reflect on the courage and sacrifices of those who helped establish our country and of the generations who have served to protect those freedoms.

We're grateful to all the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Living and building in Coastal Georgia gives us the privilege of knowing many service members, veterans, and those who support them every day, and we're honored to have them as part of our community.

Say hello to our brand new plan: the Montebello!

We are so excited to finally introduce this one. The Montebello offers 2,527 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and a dedicated flex room perfect for a home office, playroom, or study.

Framing is officially complete, and we're moving right into the mechanical stage! Every time we visit this homesite, we can't help but stop and take a few more pictures.

One of the coolest parts of our job is getting to watch a home go from lines on a piece of paper to real life. Seeing a new plan take shape from the ground up never gets old especially on a homesite with a view like this.
