Customer called for a no cooling service. Upon arrival found out condenser not running. Further diagnosis finds system is flat. Quickly found the leak from service port. Same day mitigation helps system up and running again, saving customers thousands of dollars or potential whole system replacement from other companies. Everyone is happy.
