🚨 Another successful recall repair completed on a GE GeoSpring Hybrid Water Heater.

Client was experiencing a severe startup noise caused by a faulty blower wheel and motor assembly. After diagnosing the issue, we verified it was related to the recall and quickly coordinated replacement parts. GE had the updated components to us in less than 24 hours, allowing us to return promptly and complete the repair with minimal interruption.

The faulty blower motor and blower wheel were replaced, system operation was tested, and startup is now smooth and quiet again. ✅

One of the great benefits of hybrid water heaters is the built-in redundancy. While waiting on parts, the homeowner still had hot water because the unit was able to continue operating in standard electric mode until the repair could be completed. No downtime and no loss of hot water.
