An exterior wall in a sunroom had extensive water damage from a former roof issue. Customer wanted to get rid of the sliding glass door and replace with 2 windows.

Temp supporting wall erected to carry roof loads, old wall torn out, and new wall framed in its place to carry hip joist loads.

Another fun job!!

Thursday was a shiplap day. One of our Ashland customers wanted to jazz up the focal wall in their dinette area of the kitchen and a pennisula wall facing the same area. They decided on shiplap, set vertically. A simple flat-stock trim rounds out the simple look that plays to the craftsman style trim thru-out the house. The Customer will be doing the painting soon

A circa 1930 cottage house had severe termite damage to one of its ceiling joists that compromised the ceiling when the home owner was doing some work in the crawl-up attic space. We erected a temp wall to carry the ceiling loads, crawled up in the attic and identified the area of issue. We repaired the structural integrity of the joists, and repaired the ceiling drywall. The home owner will paint these patches, and this will look brand new again!

The recently renovated kitchen is officially completed. We just finished installing the backsplash. The Customer did a great job picking out the tile and grout color. This is a nice compliment to the countertops. Our 2nd backsplash in as many weeks.
