Good looking install of three new Power Flame C5-G-30 burners loaded with NEMA 4 "outdoor package", mounted on a Natural Gas shaving unit at Sothern Gas Co in Chesapeake, Va. Thanks Dusty Shaw of AireServ of Great Bridge.

Busy Friday for HAI. Delivery day of the summer. First stop at Randolph Macon College in Ashland for an “air” delivery of two Unilux ZF800LS low pressure steam boilers with Power Flame CG burners.

Second stop right down the street at Welding Processes & Mechanical, off loading a new Hurst 500 hp Series 400 steam boiler fired with a Power Flame CMax gas/oil burner equipped with Siemens LMV controls. All of this for the Virginia Dept of Corrections.

Third stop of the day over at the University of Richmond to slide in their new 400 hp Hurst Series 500 steam boiler with another Power Flame CMax gas/oil burner.

Largest project in our company history here. Augusta Medical Center in Fishersville, Va renovated their boiler plant with three new Hurst Series 400 - 500 hp steam boilers equipped with Power Flame CMax burners. We also provided a new BFS, Industries tray type Deaerator and Surge unit, Heat Sponge stack economizers and a Madden Manf heat recovery unit. Siemens LMV controls on the burners along with Siemens built master panels. A very nice install by Riddleberger brothers contractors.
Special thanks to Alan Silver with Siemens Combustion and Kirby Hutchinson with Boiler Systems Specialties for a smooth startup.

Showcase project for us here... College of William & Mary, new central heating and cooling plant. Three Unilux ZF1000W, 200 HP, hot water boilers including Power Flame LNICR6-GO-30 burners, equipped with 30 PPM Low Nox emissions and Power Flame's Director combustion control system, Honeywell Slate and integral draft controls. Richmond Intl Airport is now heated by Power Flame and Unilux!
Retrofitted out old Gordon Piatt burners for three new Power Flame CR4-G-30 equipped with the new Honeywell Slate controls and replaced the old CB FLX watertube with a new Unilux ZF500W ad PF/Slate combo. - Defense Supply Center in Richmond - Bldg 31 replaced aging scotch boilers with new Hurst 60hp LPW hot water boilers with Power Flame gas burners.
Bldg 34 replaced old cast iron with new Peerless LC boilers equipped with Power Flame gas burners
