It's an exciting time of growth at CB Chandler Companies so we are looking to add to our team. We are hiring for the role of Roofing Repair & Punch List Technician. The person we are looking for is experienced working on residential roofs and can oversee and complete the punch list items on new home construction projects in and around RVA. If you’re a well rounded roofing professional who can perform final detail work and ensure our high quality standards, then we want to hear from you! 🫵
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage and complete roofing punch list repairs for new home construction including pipe collars, flashing, spot shingle replacement and small tear-offs.
✔️ Verify all roofing items meet company and builder quality standards
✔️ Coordinate with crews and site superintendents to complete closeout items
✔️ Operate and maneuver company-provided truck, trailers, and ladders
✔️ Maintain strict jobsite safety and ensure compliance with fall protection standards
