This building may be the shorter one next to the high-rise, but it has the fanciest finishes of the entire complex — and that view of the James River? Absolutely stunning.

Big thanks to Samantha, Caitlin, Chad, Rod, and everyone who worked tirelessly on this one. You should be proud of what you've built. Just a few more weeks and we're calling this one done!

Last week, our team at W.W. Nash & Sons got to enjoy sandwiches from Jersey Mike's Subs — but what made it even better is knowing 100% of the proceeds went to support the Special Olympics Virginia.

Together, locations across Richmond and Roanoke raised an incredible $172,030 to help athletes train, compete, and experience the power of inclusion.

Today, we celebrate the retirement of Leslie West, whose years of dedication helped shape The W.W. Nash Companies into what it is today. Leslie stepped in when the company needed her most, believed deeply in this team, and showed up every day with heart, wisdom, and care.

She’s been a mentor, a friend, and a steady presence for generations, including our owner, Sean Nash, who proudly calls her family.

Leslie, thank you for everything you’ve given. This isn’t goodbye. Wishing you all the best as you step into this next chapter and enjoy time with your grandsons.

Before the year ended, we brought our team and families together for our annual Christmas celebration at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. It was a night to say thank you, slow down, and enjoy time together after a full year of hard work.

As we step into 2026, we want to pause for a moment of gratitude.

The end of last year moved fast, and before we knew it, Christmas and New Year’s had come and gone. But our appreciation didn’t go anywhere. We’re thankful for our team, our partners, our clients, and the families who support the work we do every day.

2025 was full of growth, hard work, lessons learned, and moments that reminded us why this company exists in the first place. We’re proud of what’s been built and even more excited about what’s ahead.

Here’s to a new year of showing up, doing quality work, taking care of people, and continuing the legacy we’re trusted to carry forward.
