Meet our Founder, Ron Hamilton

Our owner, Ron Hamilton, started Temper Mechanical Air & Heat, LLC in May 2018. Ron is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 2001. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2004. Ron is a license Texas contractor in HVAC. With his vast experience and business knowledge, Ron wants to provide each and every customer with a superb experience and excellent customer service. He has won numerous awards in business excellence and has started and successfully operated numerous businesses throughout the US. Ron’s dedication to his customers needs have led Temper Mechanical to become one of the premier HVAC and mechanical companies in the Houston area. His mission is not only to meet the needs of each customer, but to make them a lifelong client.

Say Hello to Jermaine. He’s our Project Manager

Jermaine has been in the HVAC industry for over 13 years. He began his journey as an install helper for new construction and rough ins. Jermaine was smart, and a quick study. He quickly proved himself among his crew members, and soon was running his own crew. While gaining real world experience, Jermaine was putting himself through HVAC Tech School. Getting his certifications, gave Jermaine a promotion and raise in just under six months. Through the years that followed, Jermaine worked vigorously and tirelessly to achieve his goal. In July of 2018, Jermaine had acquired his HVAC contractors license. Now he’s partnered with Ron here at Temper Mechanical. Together, they will be bringing skill, leadership, and comfort to the industry and customers.

Here at Temper Mechanical we are all about one thing. Comfort. We provide services that include A/C Heat installation, Repair, Maintenance, and Retrofits to residential and commercial customers.

In addition to treating you and your property with respect—calling before we arrive, using shoe covers and drop cloths as needed—we guarantee that you’ll be satisfied with our work, as set out in a written estimate you approve before we start.
