Another example of PS&C custom fabrication capabilities. The pictures above show the incoming condition of a CAT 2MW power module before 100% refurbishment. The module was fabricated new, the DG set was rebuilt by CAT, the radiators re-cored, the tank and Silencer replaced and new updated controls from CAT. Each component was inspected to identify where we could make improvements to extend the life of the unit after complete teardown and assembly. The end result was a fully refreshed engine returned to like-new condition, ready for dependable performance and extended service life.
