Job Opening : Commercial HVAC Tech Richmond, Va.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Service Technician 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Richmond, VA.
We provide above-average pay, great benefits, and a strong company culture with low turnover.
Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.
Required Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background checks
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Commercial HVAC Experience, Journeyman card preferred
• EPA/CFC Certification

Cii Service a commercial HVAC service company since 1964 with office locations in Richmond, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg and Roanoke, Virginia and
Burlington, NC. We have immediate openings in all locations for commercial service technicians, OR residential service technicians who want to move to commercial service. Minimum commercial qualifications: 5 to 6 years of commercial service is preferred. Journeyman’s mechanical card and EPA universal refrigerant card. Cii offers excellent pay and benefits, (Medical, ANTHEM Health keepers & PPO plans) compensation and a company participating 401(k) Plan. A minimum of 2 weeks of vacation to start and is negotiable based on applicant’s experience.
Job Duties:
• Perform maintenance and repairs of Commercial HVAC systems
• Light Commercial HVAC equipment and DDC controls maintenance.
• HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for providing our clients with quality technical expertise, troubleshooting and repairs of commercial HVAC equipment in an efficient and professional manner.
• The Technician must also be committed to safety, and must have solid interpersonal/customer service skills
Company vehicles are provided, Must Pass all assessments administered during the hiring process, including pre-employment drug testing, background check and driving record.
