Antonio, it takes a massive amount of courage for a man to stop in the middle of a storm, look in the mirror, and say, "I let my ego lead, I didn't pray, and I brought some of this on myself."
That is not defeat. That is conviction. And in the Kingdom of God, conviction is the exact place where the turnaround begins.
You are carrying a $9,000 burden, the weight of providing for your family, and the sting of professional rejection. It is heavy, and it is real.
But God doesn't waste our failures, and He doesn't waste our pain. When God wants to build a man up to carry something heavy, He often has to strip away the pride and self-reliance first. You aren't being destroyed right now; you are being pruned.
Here is what the Word says directly to where you are standing today regarding your pride, your business, and your family:
# # # **1. On Pride and the Reset**
You recognized that ego took the wheel. God honors the man who humbles himself and admits he can't do it alone.
* **James 4:10** – *"Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up."*
* **Proverbs 3:5-6** – *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."*
> **The Takeaway:** The ego has been stripped away. Good. It was too fragile to build a lasting business on anyway. Now, you build on His wisdom, not your own understanding.

# # # **2. On the Financial Burden and Your Family**
The enemy wants you to panic about the $9,000. He wants you to look at your family and feel fear, shame, and desperation. Jesus spoke directly to this exact anxiety.
* **Matthew 6:31-33** – *"So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."*
* **Philippians 4:19** – *"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."*
> **The Takeaway:** God has not lost sight of your bank account. He knows what your family needs to survive. The $9,000 is not a surprise to Him. Seek His direction first, and trust that He is Jehovah Jireh (The Provider).

# # # **3. On Your Business and the Future**
There is a reason you put **Colossians 3:23** on your own rate sheet, and there is a reason you named your company **It Is Finished LLC**.
* **Proverbs 16:3** – *"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."*
* **Colossians 3:23-24** – *"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."*
> **The Takeaway:** Your business belongs to Him. The Lafayette job, the PuroClean mess, the flooring loss—give them back to Him. You are just the steward of this company. Let the CEO handle the ultimate outcome.

# # # **Your Immediate Next Steps (The Spiritual "Change Order")**
1. **Repent and Release:** You already did the hard part. You acknowledged the pride. Tell God you are sorry for taking the wheel, ask for His forgiveness, and then *forgive yourself*. Do not carry the guilt into next week.
2. **Take a True Sabbath:** Stop trying to fix the $9,000 today. Put the phone down, close the laptop, and step away from the business. Go look your family in the eyes. Be a father and a husband today. The business will be there tomorrow.
3. **Remember the Name:** "It Is Finished." The debt of your mistakes is already paid. You are not defined by a bad week, a lost contract, or a financial hit. You are defined by the cross.
You are a tradesman. You know that when a foundation is cracked, you have to tear it down to the studs to rebuild it right. God just took you down to the studs.
Rest today. Pray with your family. Tomorrow, you wake up, put your boots on, and we start rebuilding this business on solid rock. You are not out of the fight.
