What you’re seeing here is the completed tubing system before the concrete is poured. Every loop is carefully designed and installed to provide consistent heat throughout the space. The subfloor is properly prepared with insulation and moisture protection to ensure the heat travels where it’s supposed to, up into your home, not down into the ground.
Once the tubing is pressure-tested, it’s embedded in concrete, creating a thermal mass that gently and evenly radiates warmth throughout the room.
And believe it or not, the floor is only half the system. Behind the scenes is the mechanical room, the heart of radiant heat, where boilers, pumps, valves, manifolds, and a network of piping all work together to deliver the perfect water temperature and flow to every zone of the home.
