Our work included custom cabinetry, wall paneling, ceiling details, and select exterior architectural elements that were all crafted to complement the history and character of this remarkable property.

Are you dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working with your hands? Wood Works is looking for a motivated team member to join our millwork shop in Ridgeland, MS!

This is a FULL-TIME, HANDS-ON POSITION where you’ll work with cabinetry, custom millwork, and our automated finishing equipment.

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:

▪️ Assemble cabinets & custom millwork
▪️ Operate & monitor our automated paint/finishing machine
▪️ Prepare cabinetry and materials for finishing
▪️ Perform quality checks
▪️ Help keep production moving and projects on schedule
▪️ Maintain a clean, organized & safe workspace
▪️ Assist with other shop duties as needed

👀 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Dependable & punctual
✅ Hardworking with a strong attention to detail
✅ Comfortable using tools, machinery & equipment
✅ Team player who can follow instructions
✅ Willing to learn different areas of cabinet production

Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, manufacturing, or finishing is a PLUS, but it’s not required. We’re willing to train the right person!

Project Spotlight | Coleman Coliseum

Wood Works is proud to have partnered on the transformation of the University of Alabama’s Coleman Coliseum Basketball Training Facility.

Our team provided custom architectural millwork, casework, feature walls, reception areas, specialty cabinetry, and other custom woodwork throughout the facility.
