From steel going up to crews in motion, it’s a powerful reminder that behind every job description is real, hands-on work that demands skill, precision, and teamwork.

Getting the full Talent Acquisition team together created space for focused conversations, shared ideas, better alignment across the group, and training on the Talent Acquisition tools that Upchurch utilizes.

The session focused on refining our talent acquisition processes, aligning on best practices, and strengthening TA's strategic role across the organization.

Key areas of focus included:
• Enhancing our recruiting processes to be more efficient and scalable
• Sharing best practices to create a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
