This system was for a large 5-bedroom home built on adobe clay in Montrose CO. We had to utilize a pressurized system with an automatic distribution valve (ADV) to feed the two large beds in an alternating fashion.

The Gold Mountain fire is devouring the cow creek area and surrounding mountains with extreme fire activity. Through the tension and anxiety that looms in the air there is still a beauty that can be taken in as the Alpenglow reflects off of the pyrocumulus "fire clouds" that have been forming in the evenings.

Another stem wall rebar inspection in Ridgway on the Log Hill Mesa. This project used the utlra efficient Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) to contruct their stem wall. The contractor did an impeccalbe job insalling the rebar.

In order to design a septic system in the state of Colorado a site and soil evaluation is required to properly design the system. A minimum of two test pits are required by the regulation to properly identify the soil that will be accepting the effluent.

We did a couple of initial site visits in the same day last week for two replacement system requests. Both locations were conducive to gravity fed systems and the designs were provided in less than a week. Let us know if you need a quick turnaround on your septic design and we can help you out!

This system was installed on an R type soil high in the mountains near Twin Lakes CO. When the rock content exceeds 35% in a soil sample the state regulation requires the OWTS to be designed by a professional engineer.

We recieved a call from a realtor about a failed system for a newly purchased property in Delta County CO. This was a tricky system to design and construct. There is a water main and meter to the South, a water well to the North, and a supply line to the West that had to be re-routed. The contractor did a great job of fitting the installation in the area meeting all required setbacks. A little grass seed and with a straw mat and this area will be looking like a brand new lawn in a short while.

This onsite wastewater treatment system, also known as a septic system, was constructed in beautiful Norwood CO. The local contractor did a great job following the plans and hid the soil treatment area in a convenient location out of site from the residence as shown in the plans.
