First time to this unit and making some concerning discoveries! Oil fill cap was missing from the valve cover allowing dirt / debris to enter the engine and oil / vapors to expel all over the generator enclosure. Aside from our annual and biannual maintenance agreements it’s also very important to keep up on Weekly & monthly checks as an owner to catching & identifying problems. We got this cleaned up and serviced ready for the next power outage!

Customer was due for an upgrade! Swapped this 15KW out for a 22KW on a remote ranch with no utility power. Integrating the Starlink WiFi network to this mobile link so they can remotely monitor while gone for the winter was a huge step up for piece of mind to this customer, glad we could find a better and more reliable solution for them!

Upgraded one of our clients with multiple units to a new remote monitoring platform that’s a lot more universal with way better features in my opinion! Excited to integrate this technology into more of the generators they have throughout the valley to help them keep an eye with immediate text notifications to all parties involved!
