Role Description
This is a full-time (or part-time) on-site role for an Assembler. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom control panels and other automation equipment. They will also be responsible for completing documentation and following procedures to ensure products are built to standard.
Qualifications (all of these are great,... but not require. WE WILL TEACH YOU)
โข Not required but a plus - Experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
โข Not required but a plus - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
โข Familiarity with hand and power tools
โข Good communication and problem-solving skills
โข Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
โข High School Diploma or GED
โข Reliable Transportation
โข Willing to provide feedback and take constructive criticism. We want to know what you think, but please don't be upset if we don't take your advice. We will try to explain why so that you understand. We don't like to give orders, we prefer to give direction.

No job is perfect, there are ups and downs. There will always be. Can you make more money somewhere else...maybe. If you want the work, we have got it. Will you be simply a number somewhere else,... probably. We want to know you. We want to get to know your family and know ours. If things get tough, we will do what we can. If things are good and need some time off with family, just ask. However, you and I both know there are people that abuse the system. That we can't accept. At the end of the day we are a business.

โข IF YOU MESS UP, FESS UP. We can't fix what we don't know about. We are all humans.
โข NOT MY JOB - The owner has been known to sweep a floor or help build crates when needed. We all chip in.
