The winner for April is Form-Up Foundation with their S 36 X! Check out their machine placing suspended concrete slabs for Woburn Public Library in Massachusetts. June is National Safety Month!

At Form-Up Foundations safety is a priority in all aspects of our work. Whether in the office, on the job site, or somewhere in between- we want each member of our team, of our community, and of those we partner with to feel like they have a safe place to work. 

Just this week we received an email highlighting one of our crew's dedication to safety from a trusted partner company that we have been collaborating with in the field. The email read: 

"I’ve had the opportunity to work with various of crews from your company and I want to say that this crew has been an absolute pleasure to work with.  Their daily safety practices are noteworthy.  This site is challenging and very tight to work around and he has managed it systematically and safely....  these guys are  the benchmark on what you hang your hat on.  His daily communication, ZAPPS [safety forms] are thorough, and he has the right guys in the right position to succeed....  We look forward to closing this out strong and future “wins” as we proceed." 

Thank you to Collin and his crew, and our entire team at Form-Up Foundations for upholding such high standards in safety and thank you to all of you for doing the same. 

May June be a reminder of why we do what we do and how we can remain safe doing it!!! As one of our staff said  !
