WE’RE HIRING: BOILER TECHNICIAN TRAINEE
Teems Energy is hiring a Boiler Technician Trainee. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn a skilled trade that’s always in demand.
You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and gain real, hands-on experience in the field working on boilers, burners, and mechanical systems. If you’re serious about learning and growing, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What you’ll learn:
• Work in partnership with our combustion boiler technicians to troubleshoot burners and boilers
• Perform boiler open/close procedures for inspections
• Gain working knowledge of Siemens LMV, Fireye controls, Honeywell flame safeguards, and more
• Create detailed reports outlining issues for customers
• Build strong customer service and communication skills
• Develop strong boiler controls troubleshooting skills
• Learn proper boiler/burner combustion tuning
• Gain practical experience with ASME and National Board codes
• Develop comprehensive piping skills
• Learn advanced understanding of boiler room equipment, controls, and testing procedures
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• High school diploma required
• ***Comprehensive electrical knowledge***
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Must be capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy
• Honest, trustworthy, and courteous
• MUST BE A SELF STARTER
• Must be able to pass a drug test
