DBIS offers its services to a variety of clients including but not limited to landlords, realtors, four family or less dwellings, housing agencies, zoning and code enforcement entities, new home builds, renovations to existing homes. Shields Inspection Service may schedule anywhere from one to four appointments in a single day. Scheduling depends on the following factors: client availability, location, time of the year, scheduled days off, and weather DBIS’s goals are to leave the client with a feeling of satisfaction and assurance. DBIS is a home based business formed January 1, 2015 by David Joseph Brodeur, who first started out performing home inspections himself.
