Welders:
Must be able to weld qualification test coupon for pipe in the 6G position.
Carbon and/or Stainless-Steel Pipe
SMAW welding process (6010 root, hot, fill and 7018 cap.
GTAW welding process (fusion for tube and filler wire for schedules)
Structural sheet metal
SMAW with 7018
GMAW with ER70 and 308L
Must be able to observe and recognize problems during the welding process and adjust speed, voltage, amperage, or feed of the rod or wire accordingly.
Must be able to use Oxy/fuel & Plasma hand cutting torch.
Welders and welders helpers must have 2+ years welding experience.
Basic math skills used in measuring dimensions are necessary.
Fitters:
Must be familiar with all the tools needed to fit, assemble, and repair pipes and their associated piping systems. Pipe Fitters need welding experience and must be able to customize, prepare and fit up piping systems to meet a customer’s needs. They must have experience with all components of piping systems, including fittings, brackets, clamps, and hangers. Pipe fitters must know common fittings, take-offs, and offsets in piping systems. Must have a working knowledge of cutting and fitting procedures. Must have strong math skills. Pipe fitters must be able to effectively layout and take measurement for piping systems. They will ensure all dimensions comply with sketch and drawing specifications and tolerances.

Have construction experience.
Have a high level of mechanical aptitude.

Have knowledge and ability for safely and properly operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as grinders, drills, etc. related to the piping and structural trades.
Be able to perform tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting.
Can lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
Poses valid driver’s license with promotional opportunities available to employees who obtain a class A CDL
Be able to occasionally work at height 15-30 feet above ground.
Must be able to provide their own complete set general hand tools and a storage box.
A tool list will be provided.
Be able to effectively communicate with rigging, construction, and other on-site teams.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform daily housekeeping of shop and/or work area.
Available for a flexible working schedule to support project needs.
Poses the ability and attitude to follow detailed instruction.
Use proper methods when working with overhead lifts, hoists, winches, cranes, jacks, rollers, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
A highly desirable candidate will:
Be able to determine proper method of lifting equipment and select the appropriate rigging equipment and inspect before each assigned project.
Be able to read and draw isometric drawings.
Be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision and follow instructions.
Be able to read & understand weld symbols, weld procedures, mechanical and structural drawings.
Pay attention to detail, demonstrated through integrity and professionalism to meet company standards for quality and workmanship.
Have a desire to learn new things.
Have previous forklift experience and ability to become forklift certified.
Have experience operating vertical/horizontal band saws.
Have experience in Rigging, hoisting/lifting & moving equipment materials.
Have a positive can-do attitude & strong work ethic and the ability and attitude to follow detailed instruction.
Be willing to be challenged to improve welding skills to meet high quality standards.
Have knowledge and the ability to demonstrate the use of OSHA guidelines and safe work practices.
