Think your A/C is broken? Psych! It might just be dirty.

Take a look at these before and after photos of a condenser coil we recently cleaned. The coil was so clogged with dirt, dust, and debris that airflow was nearly completely blocked. When your outdoor unit can't breathe, your system has to work harder, cooling performance drops, energy bills increase, and unnecessary wear is put on your equipment.

Change that air filter and do it regularly!
Clogged air filters make your unit work harder, cost you more money in the long run, and reduce your energy efficiency! We recommend changing it every 30 to 60 days. Preventative maintenance shouldn't be forgotten either. Give us a call to make sure that unit is running like it should be before summer fully hits!
