KAREWEAR® focuses on the design and manufacturing of clothing and accessories made to protect workers from exposure to high or low temperatures and sharp hazards. KAREWEAR® has developed an innovative apron that is fire-resistant, ergonomic, and able to breakaway. The exclusive breakaway safety straps prevent the wearer from being pulled in to harm’s way or becoming tangled in machinery or moving parts. KAREWEAR® also produces hard had winter liners. All of our outer shells are made with durable (washable) flame retardant materials. KAREWEAR® also produces welding jackets with a Cane Mesh Back that will keep you cool while on the job and an assortment of aluminized safety apparel. Gaskets, Inc., was founded in 1961. We own and operate a modern 21,000+ square foot plant in Rio, WI, just outside Madison, WI and have a loyal workforce of over 12 employees.
