Celebrating 25 Years with Jeromy!
From “growing grass” on a sod farm to helping grow Accurate Controls into what it is today, Jeromy’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. He joined ACI back in 2000 as a 22-year-old field technician, excited by the opportunity to travel the country and work hands-on with technology. What started as an interest in electronics quickly turned into a lifelong passion and a remarkable career.
Over the years, Jeromy has worn many hats — traveling technician, CAD/Service team member, Engineering Manager, Service Director, and now Service Sales Director. He’s gone from asking questions and reading manuals to teaching others how to troubleshoot, design, and upgrade complex systems. Today, he’s helping our long-time customers modernize the very systems he helped install decades ago.
Some of Jeromy’s proudest moments include installing ACI’s first-ever DVR system (back when time-lapse VCRs were the standard!), helping form the dedicated Service Team, and landing his first project worth over $1.5 million — the St. Lucie camera system upgrade. He’s also witnessed incredible changes in the industry, from analog to IP technology, and has been part of ACI’s growth from just 15 employees in one small building to over 130 talented individuals.
Jeromy’s dedication and sense of humor have left a lasting impact on ACI’s culture and success. We’re so grateful for everything he’s contributed over the last 25 years — and for the countless stories and laughter he’s shared along the way.
