Join the team at G Cullum Heating & Cooling! We are looking for a dependable, motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing company.

The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial environments. This role requires technical knowledge, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and is committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ventilation systems- Including oil and propane units.
• Perform regular maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using appropriate testing tools and equipment
• Clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades
• Complete all service-related paperwork, including invoices, work orders and inspection forms
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and ensure tools are in good working condition
• Follow company safety policies and adhere to all local, state, and federal HVAC codes
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
🔹 HVAC experience preferred
🔹 Valid driver’s license
🔹 Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
🔹 Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Here are a few quick tips:
✅ Keep at least 2 feet of clearance around the unit
