Another year is winding down…ish. This year’s Christmas party was a special one! We have such gratitude for all our employees and what they do for DQWalls. We wouldn’t be successful without them. We had a few special awards this year. We acknowledged our employees that have been with us for 5-9 years: Trey Carlson. Dwayne Duwa, Chad Cooper and TJ Leutele. 10-14 yrs: Zach Murphy, Jesse Boone, Jeff Fair and Kaleb Martin. 20+ yrs: Bubba Boone(20yrs)and Paul Nicholson (23 yrs). Our employee that won the drawing for completing all Safety quizzes was: Justin Turner. Co-Worker of the year was a tie: Paul Nicholson and Garret Colbert!
The employees went home with their bellies full and a lot of fun gifts.
This year also marks the passing of the torch. Keaton Duwa will be taking over ownership as of 1/1/26 It has been 28 yrs of hard work and sacrifice and we are definitely ready to help mentor and guide Keaton with ownership of DQWalls. Jason and I remain in our current roles to make this happen. We want to thank all current and past employees, customers and contractors for all their hard work and business to make DQWalls what it is today! 🥂🍻. Here is to many more years of business for DQWalls! Merry Christmas everyone!

As 2024 comes to a close, we had the opportunity to share some time together as a company at our annual year-end Christmas party tonight. We appreciate our team members and the hard work they put in throughout the year, and this time allows us to show a little extra gratitude for all they do.
