Last week’s ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Indio City Hall and Library marked the completion of a project centered around community, accessibility, and long-term service. Located in the heart of downtown Indio, these new facilities create welcoming spaces for residents to gather, learn, and connect. The Sunnymead Middle School modernization, completed in 2024 for Moreno Valley Unified School District, reflects a campus designed to support both academic and creative programs, including a 9,600 sf multipurpose building and dedicated visual and performing arts spaces. Built with a focus on quality, functionality, and long-term value, these improvements continue to provide students and staff with an environment that supports learning, collaboration, and growth.

Our PE Workshop at Mt. SAC focused on practical learning with a tour of the Technology & Health Building, a hands-on steel exercise, and the rollout of our updated CMiC process for RFIs and submittals. We also had the opportunity to connect with 15 Mt. SAC students who joined us for lunch, the site walk, and the exercise, bringing valuable perspective to the experience.
