Our team completed approximately 45,000 square feet of Grind & Seal flooring for Tesla in Annapolis, Maryland — taking the existing concrete through extensive surface preparation before delivering a clean, durable finished floor across this large commercial space.

Starting with the existing concrete slab, our process of grinding, refining, and polishing brought out the natural character and exposed aggregate already within the concrete — creating a durable, reflective finish built for a busy educational environment.

One of the things we love about polished concrete is that no two floors are exactly alike. Every slab has its own variation, aggregate, and character waiting to be revealed.

🏁 **PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Shore Car Club – Ocean, NJ**

We shared the before & after of this project when our work was completed at the end of 2025 — but some projects deserve another look once the space truly comes to life.

Now that **Shore Car Club** is fully moved in, we get to see the finished floors as part of the complete vision. And what a difference. 🔥

This **40,000 sq. ft. private automotive club** was designed as a home for car enthusiasts and collectors, making the finished concrete an important part of the overall look and feel of the space.

**FC's scope included:**

The polished concrete provides a clean, refined backdrop that complements the cars and the modern design of the facility without competing with either.

Our team recently completed a walkthrough of our upcoming O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Milford, Connecticut — approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of concrete flooring ready for a serious transformation.
