Absolute Construction and Home Repair is a growing family owned and operated construction company based in Riverside, Iowa. We are seeking multiple experienced carpenters to add to our team. Candidates with significant carpentry experience will be considered for our open foreman position.

Job duties will include:

Remodel and new construction projects

Demo work

Window and door installation

Siding installation

Maintaining a safe work environment

Daily clean up of job site

Regular maintenance of company equipment

Job requirements include but are not limited to:

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively.

Candidates must be able to be legally employed in the United States.

Dependability, including being to work on time every day.

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Team oriented and self motivated.

Provide your own hand tools and tool belt, and use company tools and equipment in a responsible manner.

Have the ability to work in varied weather conditions, and be able to stand, lift, bend, carry, and climb.

Candidates should be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and comfortable climbing ladders up to 20 feet.

Provide all customers with a high quality product regardless of the scale of the job.

Candidates must show pride in their work and have a professional demeanor that reflects the reputation our business has established.
