Some stainless exhaust work. The client had problems with more than 1 shop in and we got the system fixed with precision. Full tig welded with back purge. When you look inside your exhaust and see a odd black structure at a stainless weld, your not getting a quality product. Feel free to ask me why.... here we take safety and standards seriously and a proper purged weld is the only way we work.

Here at JK Fab, we offer full cylinder head services. From a standard overhaul to a wild upgrade, we can handle them all.

Here we have a vw 1.8t 10 valve head. This is receiving oversized valves, intake and exhaust ports are port matched to the opposing manifolds. Intake has a stage 2 port polish and freshly adjusted surface. The exhaust got a stage 3 porting and polishing. Piston bowls have been CC matched. We take the time to measure all intake and exhaust dimensions during services to help maintain consistency along with using our port flow metering system. Once the valve seats have been freshly 3-angle cut and new valves pass a leak check the head gets surfaced.

All this and more is performed in-house. We are equipped to take care of all types of cylinder head makes and models.
