Need someone to hop on a painting project 2 story home. Pay is based on effort and production. This is a cash job or 1099. You are your own boss hard work only pays more with me. Could take 5 days could take 10. You decide pay stays about the same. So you pick. If you can repair woodwork and trim and caulk and paint and power wash I will consider a higher wage. Future work depends on you

I have a construction business that does handyman work as well as roofing siding foundation repair wood rot repair service calls apartment turns rental turns you name it if I can do it I will. I need someone that's willing to learn someone that is patient someone doesn't get butt hurt too easy and someone that at least tries and shows up every day on time if you're scared of heights this is not the job for you if you know how to go balls the wall and bust your ass you will only advance with me if you try you do well.
