Another custom shower wrapped up! 🔥

This one was all about the details. We took this tile floor to ceiling in a full herringbone pattern, carrying the layout continuously around the entire tub/shower surround.

The custom niche adds a nice contrast with the decorative mosaic and solid-surface trim while keeping everything clean and functional.

Herringbone is definitely more time-consuming than a standard tile layout—especially when you’re wrapping corners, working around a window, niche, and plumbing—but when everything lines up, the finished product speaks for itself. 👌

⚫ BEFORE & AFTER — WHAT A DIFFERENCE! ⚫

This exterior transformation came out incredible.

We installed Monterrey Black natural slate ledger panels throughout the front of the home, wrapping the entry columns, garage areas and exterior wainscoting to create a bold contrast against the white exterior.

But the installation was only part of what created that deep black finish.

After installation, we treated the slate with Miracle 511 Seal & Enhance. The enhancing sealer deepens the natural tones and variations in the slate, bringing out that rich jet-black appearance while also adding protection to the natural stone.

The combination of the textured slate, enhanced black finish and crisp white exterior completely changed the character of this home.

This remodel features elegant 2’ x 4’ polished porcelain wall tile that creates a bright, spacious, and luxurious feel. We incorporated a full recessed niche for both style and functionality, paired it with a penny mosaic shower floor for added grip and timeless appeal, and finished the bathroom floor with 12” x 24” porcelain tile installed in a staggered pattern for a clean, modern look.

Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship make all the difference, and this project is a perfect example of how a well-designed shower can completely transform a bathroom into a beautiful, spa-like retreat.

✨ Bathroom Transformation + Whole-Home Flooring Upgrade ✨

What a difference this remodel made!

For this project, we completely reimagined the bathroom layout by removing the separating wall and pocket door between the vanity and shower areas, creating a more open, spacious, and functional design.

The outdated fiberglass tub was removed and replaced with a stunning curbless walk-in shower featuring:

🔹 XXL 4’ x 4’ tile installed in a modern stacked pattern
🔹 Oversized recessed niche for both style and storage
🔹 Precision mitered corners for a seamless, luxury finish
🔹 Invisible tiled drain grate for a clean, uninterrupted look
🔹 Rainfall shower head paired with a handheld wand for ultimate convenience

To enhance the flow of the space, we continued the same large-format tile throughout the bathroom floor, creating a seamless transition from the shower to the rest of the room.

But the transformation didn’t stop there…

We also installed Sugar Sand Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire level of the home, bringing a fresh, modern feel while adding durability and warmth to every room.

From outdated and compartmentalized to open, elegant, and timeless—this renovation completely elevated the space and the home as a whole.
