This is the ideal time to get your furnace clean/checks done before the really cold weather hits and you have no heat Also now would be a good time to see about getting a new system if you think yours might need to be replaced soon. Hello everyone, we hope all of our customers are staying warm with all this cold weather hitting us. We wanted to do a little public FYI. In the event that you have lost power and find the need to use a generator, please make sure that the generator is left out side of your house and all windows and doors remain closed!! Also if you plan on hooking your furnace up to a generator please consult a reputable electrician. We always recommend our friends at Haddix Electric for any electric needs.
Next if you have a high efficiency system that has quit working, always check the PVC pipes outside first to make sure they are clear from ice and snow. If these pipes are clogged with debris it can prevent your furnace from running.

Hello my day so far opening day deer bow season
 woke up 5:30 AM change of clothes quick cup of coffee walked into my Treestand just before 6 AM while it’s way dark out there and foggy got situated sat and waited just when the light started hitting the ground between the trees and the fog one large and one small does appeared on the trail within about 50 yards walking straight towards me as they took a few steps, they stopped and looked straight at me the smaller in the front, staring and the larger one in the back, not sure to go forward or go back then she started circling back, and I believe she stuck her tongue at me a couple times, and she gave me the hoof once or twice. In the meantime I’m sitting frozen motionless on the tree stand and a freaking mosquito decides to land on my forehead, I felt it penetrating the skin then the muscle and I think she was trying to get into my brain jokes on her If I had any brain, I would be sleeping in my comfortable bed not be in the Treestand at 6 AM. In the meantime, it felt like eternity deer decided to moon me and walk the way they came. As they disappeared in the woods, I reached over and grabbed the mosquito I think it was stuck in my forehead, and too fat to fly away as I squashed her I think a pint of my blood spilled all over my face a few minutes later, flock of turkeys showed up walking the same trail they looked up at me and they go hey we see you I had to assure them I wasn’t there for them then I asked them to come back mid November for a special treat. They stuck around for a few minutes eating whatever they can find and disappeared in the woods. Next couple hours. I said there hoping for more deer to show up but nothing except bunch of mosquitoes circling around my head not attacking wondering if I had any blood left or maybe they heard the news about their friend?

Hello everyone! With the winter storm today we want to remind everyone, if you have a high efficiency furnace and find that your furnace is not working you need to make sure the PVC vent pipes on the outside of your house are not covered by snow. These pipes need to be kept clear of snow and debris for your furnace to continue running. If you are in need of service please call the shop to schedule an appointment. 734-281-8339

Hello everyone, fall is here and it is time to get those furnace's maintenanced for the winter! We are running our yearly special for a $99 residential fall maintenance. This includes a clean and check of your unit. We will also replace the filter and humidifier pad if needed for the additional costs of those filters.
