Before and after pictures of a recent job done for Houston Smith of “Young Guns Fishing”. This pump chest was never properly prepped and the coating failed, we stripped the old coating, sandblasted all surfaces, pre-treated it using our exclusive zirconium hot wash then applied a zinc primer and a marine grade SD top coat.

Our ChemCote team had the incredible opportunity to powder coat components for a Black Hawk Helicopter, one of the most iconic aircraft in aviation history.

This project demanded precision, toughness, and attention to every detail, and our crew delivered. From meticulous prep to a flawless, durable finish, each part was coated to meet the highest standards of performance and protection.

Fun fact: The part you see here is an aircraft engine shipping container. It’s nitrogen-pressurized to 5 psi to limit corrosion, sealed with a rubber gasket, and holds desiccant packages to absorb moisture during transport. The “Records Holder” tag stores critical data like the engine’s serial number, hours, and start cycles.

Beautiful set of 2025 Harley Davidson wheels for Alligator Alley Harley Davidson. These wheels were stripped of their old coating, surface prepped and refinished in “super wet black”.
