What You’ll Be Doing:
• Preparing and sending invoices
• Scheduling projects and updating our CRM system
• Organizing job files, permits, and contracts
• Answering phones & emails professionally
• Tracking expenses and assisting with payroll
• Coordinating with crews, subcontractors, and clients
• Helping keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers, CRM, and scheduling software
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Someone dependable who can grow with our company

👋🏻 It’s been a minute, but we’re back with a sneak peek at one of our current builds on Heritage Lake!
