We are so excited to dive into this new project for a returning client! We are transforming a blank space into a functional home office and extra storage area that fits their lifestyle perfectly. It is always such a joy to work with people who keep coming back for more creative solutions. I cannot wait to see how this room evolves from a simple concept into a productive workspace. My goal is to make sure every inch is utilized exactly how they need it to be. Stay tuned to see how this space turns into the ultimate sanctuary! 🔨🇺🇸 🏗️

Just R Time’s 4th Annual Car & Truck Show was a HIT! 🚗🏆

We ended the day with 49 entries, which we felt was a great turnout considering there were three other car shows happening in the area that same day!

Most importantly, we thank God for blessing us with a beautiful day. The forecast had us a little nervous, and we did get a small sprinkle, but the rain held off and we were able to enjoy a great day together!

Once again, none of this would be possible without our sponsors—big and small. Every donation, sponsorship, helping hand, and bit of support makes this event possible, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you.

This year, we were able to raise a significant amount of money for two local beneficiaries: the Heritage Lake Neighborhood Watch and the Floyd Township Fire Department

One thing that has always been important to us is making sure the money raised from our show stays right there in the community hosting & supporting us, supporting the people and organizations who serve that community. That's a big part of what this show is all about—great cars, great people, and giving back.

And I have to mention what may have been my favorite award I’ve ever had the privilege of presenting—the Future Car Enthusiast Award! 🏆

One lucky young man walked away with what I believe was the best award of the day. A special thank-you to a good man, James Stewart, for coming up with such a thoughtful idea and helping us find another way to get the youth involved. The future of the car community starts with getting that next generation excited, and hopefully this becomes a tradition for years to come!

To everyone who brought out a car or truck, donated, sponsored, volunteered, bought raffle tickets, stopped by, or simply helped spread the word—THANK YOU!

Thank God for a beautiful day, thank you to our sponsors, and thank you to everyone who came out and supported the show.

Until next year... STAY TUNED! 👀

We’ve already got some new and exciting things in the works for the 5th Annual Just R Time Car & Truck Show—and when we say new and exciting, we mean it...

Same mission. Same heart. Maybe a little different scenery. 😉

Great Cars • Great People • Stronger Communities

🚗🏆 THE 4TH ANNUAL HERITAGE LAKE CAR & TRUCK SHOW IS ALMOST HERE! 🏆🏍️
There’s just something about a car show that you can’t replace — the rumble of an engine, beautiful paint shining in the sun, stories being told over an open hood, and families and friends spending the day together.
Saturday, September 19th, we’re bringing all of that back to the Heritage Lake Clubhouse, and we want YOU there!
🏆 Awards will include:
BEST IN SHOW
MOST UNIQUE
BEST PAINT
PEOPLE’S CHOICE
BEST ENGINE
BEST BIKE
🏁 FUTURE AUTO ENTHUSIAST AWARD — NEW FOR 2026!
That last award may be one of the most important trophies we hand out all day.
BRING THE KIDS!
Some young boy or girl will leave our show as the very first recipient of the Future Auto Enthusiast Award. Why? Because if we don't include the next generation, what does the future of hot rods, classic cars and car shows look like?
We live in a world that's becoming more digital and, in many ways, less personal. Car shows give us an opportunity to change that — to put down the phones, shake somebody's hand, talk about the car they built, teach a kid why that engine sounds the way it does, and maybe spark a passion they'll carry for the rest of their life.
And there’s plenty happening throughout the day: raffle prizes, a 50/50 drawing that starts with $50 in the pot before the first ticket is even sold, DJ, food from High Rook Run Farms, beautiful cars and trucks, and a whole lot of good people.

📍 Heritage Lake Clubhouse — 1000 Clubhouse Drive, Coatesville, IN
📅 Saturday, September 19, 2026
⏰ Registration begins at 10:00 AM
🎵 DJ 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
🏆 Awards & Raffle begin at 2:00 PM
Whether you're bringing a show car, truck, motorcycle, your family, or you're simply coming out to admire the rides — DON'T MISS THIS ONE.
We're hoping for a beautiful day, a packed parking lot and our best turnout yet.
Bring the cars. Bring the bikes. Bring your friends. But most importantly — BRING THE KIDS.
Because the future of this hobby is standing right beside us. We just have to invite them in. 🇺🇸🏁
WE'LL SEE YOU SEPTEMBER 19TH!

Another complete transformation by Just R Time Construction! 🏠🔨

This property received a major remodel from top to bottom, inside and out:

• Shingle roof upgraded to a new metal roofing system
• Exterior siding refreshed with new paint
• Wood accents and standing-seam metal details added for character
• All-new mechanical systems
• New deck
• Front elevation completely freshened up for better curb appeal
• Complete interior renovation from top to bottom

Projects like this are about more than making something look new — it’s about taking an older property, seeing what it can be, and bringing that vision to life.
