A great opportunity to learn beyond the conference room!

Thank you to AJ Meerwald, New Jersey’s official Tall Ship, and The Wetlands Institute for hosting us during the ASBPA 100th Anniversary National Coastal Conference.

These experiences provided valuable opportunities to exchange knowledge and learn more about the approaches being used to address shoreline challenges.

We are excited to announce that project contracts have been awarded and construction will begin in the near future. This important environmental initiative will help protect and enhance our local wetlands, create additional habitat for fish and wildlife, and improve coastal resiliency. Healthy wetlands can absorb approximately one million gallons of floodwater per acre during coastal storm events, helping safeguard our community and natural resources.
