When he’s not at work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his kids and teaching them new skills. His next getaway? A relaxing trip up north. ☀️

Matt has been part of the Briarwood family for 9 years, bringing years of HVAC experience to the team. His favorite part of the job is working on installs and getting to see every part of the process come together from start to finish.

His pro tip: before an install, clear and clean the area around your system to help make the job smoother and more efficient. 🔧

When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys riding dirt bikes, having bonfires with friends, playing games, and spending time up north at the lake.

We’re kicking off our “Meet the Team” series by introducing the people behind Briarwood Heating & Cooling 👋

For the past 28 years, Lee and Renee Deel built Briarwood on hard work, doing the right thing, and treating customers like family. What started as a vision to create a company people could truly trust has grown into an incredible team proudly serving our community every day. 💙

They’ve always led with a servant’s heart and a lot of humility—often preferring to keep the spotlight on their team rather than themselves. But their leadership and care are a huge part of what Briarwood is today.

Outside of work, they love spending time with their family, especially their 3 precious grandchildren. Family has always been at the heart of everything they do, both at home and in business.

We’re excited to introduce the rest of the Briarwood team over the next few weeks! 👏
