We want to sincerely apologize to our neighbors for the alarm that sounded overnight at our facility. We understand how disruptive this was, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience it caused.
The alarm malfunctioned, and for safety reasons, we were unable to immediately shut off power while employees were working with the equipment. We also needed to coordinate with the fire department and be cleared. We are continuing to work with our alarm provider to resolve this issue.
We take safety and being a good neighbor very seriously.
