Innovation and sustainability meet functionality. Nichols Construction Team builds spaces that educate, inspire, and last for generations.

The Commons at Harley is the first PreK-12 education space in the country to offer students multiple dimensions of education around creating a sustainable future. Including the frame of a 15,000-square-foot recycled Western-NY barn, the structure earns its status as a “living building” because it will generate its own energy, heat and cool with renewable nontoxic resources, capture and utilize water and carbon in its greenhouse, and operate efficiently. The Harley School is an outstanding educational organization and we are proud to have been a part of this unique project.

Nichols Construction Team can help turn those everyday frustrations into a practical plan for what comes next.

Quality isn't the responsibility of only the craftspeople in the field. At Nichols, it's the responsibility of every member of our team.

Every detail matters. Every interaction matters. Every decision is a reflection of who we are. And every completed project should demonstrate our commitment to excellence.

But delivering with pride isn't only about the finished building. We want our clients to look back on the entire experience and know they made the right decision by choosing Nichols.

Build Relationships. Understand First. Inspire Confidence. Lead with Integrity. Deliver with Pride.

B.U.I.L.D. isn't just an acronym. It's a daily reminder of the commitment we make to our clients, partners, associates, and communities.

That is The Nichols Way. And every day, together, we choose to B.U.I.L.D.
