Precise Tool and Manufacturing At Precise, we work everyday with executives and managers to improve time, tolerance and total cost Over the next few years the business grew and expanded.

The company was founded in 1974, and started off as a quick turn around small parts manufacturer. Precise Tool and Manufacturing Inc. diversified its capabilities and earned its reputation by building special machinery and prototype equipment for several local industries. Throughout this time the company built up its CNC machine tool base to support the efforts of its design and build department.

We machined a part in that looked like a potato chip. This may look simple; but machining across a curved surface is a highly complex operation. Our fleet of machines is capable of even the most sophisticated geometries!

The largest rotomat I’ve ever seen just hit our shop. 🔥 Holds 90 trays, handles 130,000lbs of tooling, and has an automatic laser sorting system. It’s the first thing we’ve installed in the new tool crib, and one of the many ways we’re elevating our manufacturing shop for OEMs on the East Coast.

Fist bumps all around for the new large forks. 👊 These extra-large forks give us the capacity to move heavy equipment throughout the shop, including large components, new machinery, and even entire machines when needed. They’ll be especially useful as we continue setting up the new high bay, rearranging equipment, and filling out the additional manufacturing space.

INSANE amount of end mills. 🤯 This selection of cutting tools (including our shrink fit, large cutters, right angle heads, long fit, micro tools etc), enables us to create virtually anything imaginable in our shop.

Big things are happening at Precise Tool. We’re expanding our capabilities and reorganizing our shop to take on even more. A new 100” × 160” vertical mill, additional large-capacity VTLs, and a new Pallet-Tech system for lights-out, unmanned machining around the clock are all part of what’s coming. 🗜️
