Last week Upstate held it’s annual “Spring Kick-off Day” which included a jam-packed Schedule of events.

• Keynote Speaker, NFL Super Bowl Champion and Champions Academy Founder Roland Williams provided a motivational speech to jump start the day.

• Several special guests were in attendance to provide critical information to keep our team safe and healthy.

• The United Way presented their annual campaign to our team to urge local support in our community.

• Our health care representatives shared important information about our team’s healthcare benefits and Tele-med services.

• Upstate Teammates rotated through nine well organized safety stations

• Service awards were handed out to Upstate’s veterans for their long-term commitment to the company.

• Mainline Foreman Brehannie Rivera was awarded Upstates most prestigious “Dave Pastore Integrity in Action Award” for role model performance in 2019 along with a check for $1,000.00.

• Upstate C.E.O. Bob Morgan closed out the day with a celebration and distribution of the teams profit sharing checks.

Upstate Roofing and Painting Crews are working hard to install this MONSTER roof so our talented painting crews can apply 14,000 gallons of paint to the interior of this new R.I.T. Student Housing Complex.

The weather forecast was wrong again. So much for “no snow”. Our crews working at the new Inn on the Lake project in Canandaigua, NY would not let mother nature win today. This creative crew built a temporary cover so we could keep working during the snow flurries. Great job team. We have a hotel to build and schedule to meet!
