Fresh solid aluminum resolver housings coming off the MAZAK Quick Turn lathe machines. 🗜️ These 4” cylinders require tight turning accuracy, and with high-volume work like this, we use numerous inspection points between every process to confirm precision and keep each part on spec.

Our has this cool hanging banner above our 5-axis department. I did the math, at 1 rotation per minute, it spins roughly 1440 times a day. 🔥

Ever seen a CNC turret punch in action? 👀 Our new AMADA is punching thousands of holes from 4’ x 8’ sheets of .090” 5052 aluminum. This program runs for 49 minutes and produces 6 parts, with different hole sizes and clean edge finishes. Phenomenal way for OEMs to produce common components in a variety of industries!

Why is copper great to machine custom parts from? ⚙️ Mainly it’s because it combines excellent electrical conductivity, heat transfer, corrosion resistance, and durability in one material. That makes it valuable for parts like electrical components, bus bars, heat exchangers, molds, fittings, tooling, and industrial machine parts. Moreover, being a softer metal it’s easy to shape like we’re doing here with our press break CNC machines.

We’re blazing through 3” inch steel plates using a supersonic liquid sandblaster. ⚙️ Our cold cutters don’t warp, harden, or alter properties of the steel, making it versatile, and capable of intricate smooth shapes with a sanded edge finish.

The finished part only looks simple when the process is done right. 🔥 The real work with jobs like this is keeping tolerance, the rectangular shape, and any other details the customer asked for while this part. It demands highly qualified people and craftsmanship!
