Good Morning,

Here is an example of a terminal we produce for a long-standing customer. This part is stamped from .030 thick CDA 260 1/2 Hard Cartridge Brass, and will be finished with a Bright Tin plating. Remember RSI for your Brass, Aluminum, and Steel stamping requirements!

Good Afternoon... we don't just stamp metallic materials, we can also machine parts to extremely tight tolerances!

We produced this .010" thick CDA 510 Phosphor Bronze item by using our Mitsubishi Wire EDM... it will subsequently be formed, and become part of an electronic switch assembly!

Good Day, and thanks for visiting our page! I want to share this little red-metal part with our fans... this part is produced from CDA 101 (oxygen-free) Copper. And, while we do build and run progressive tooling, remember that we can meet your Short-Run needs as well... this terminal is subsequently gold-plated, and shipped to our customer in the Midwest!

Good Afternoon and welcome to our Rochester Stampings page! In addition to terminals, brackets and flat washers, we also produce shims! This part, produced from .010 thick Cold-Rolled Steel, is for a local (western New York) customer.

Good Afternoon and welcome to our page! This little washer is a good example of our ability to stamp various plastics and rubbers... it is made from HT800 Silicone Rubber, 1/16" thick, for a local manufacturer.

Good Afternoon! Remember RSI for washers! This new part is produced from CDA 110 Full Hard Copper, and will be shipped today, less finish, to a customer in Michigan. We inventory a wide range of stock punches and dies, so there is a good chance we can supply the special washer you need quickly and without a tool charge.

Good Morning... this is a short clip showing one of our new Compound Dies in action. When run in one of our Stamtec adjustable-speed presses (guarded by electronic light curtains) we are able to quickly determine a run-rate that will both allow the part to be safely ejected (thereby protecting the tool and the operator) and yield a productive parts per hour run rate.

Good Day... this little insulator is stamped by us from a FR4 material. We stamp FR4, as well as linen grades of phenolic, and vulcanized fibres, on a regular basis.

This small terminal is a perfect example of our cababilities... made from CDA 260 Brass 1/2 Hard, this item is subsequently tin plated before it is sent to our customer. Note the coining that is included on the tip of the lead-in. This item is typically ordered in quantities between 75,000 and 125,000 pieces.
