Employee highlight: Dalton Baillieul!

Like other RHI employees, Dalton worked for us previously for a year before leaving to explore other opportunities - most recently he has been back with us since March of 2025!

Dalton is currently working in our sidewalls department as a lead while also navigating his way through cross training in multiple other departments and further developing his people management skills! Through peer nominations Dalton was selected as RHI’s July 2026 employee of the month, and we can see why! Showing up consistently with a good attitude, great work ethic, and the willingness to teach others what you know while learning new skills yourself does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Dalton!
