Join us on Monday, September 14, 2026 at Penfield Country Club for a day of golf, networking, prizes, and giving back to incredible local cancer patients and families.

A piece of Rochester history, restored — introducing The HIVE.

Built in 1884 as the Tichner & Jacobi building — originally a garment factory and tailor shop in the heart of downtown Rochester, NY — this stunning six-story brick and iron-faced structure has gotten the second chapter it deserves.

Renovations began in July 2024, and we're proud to say the work is complete. This 140-year-old landmark has been transformed into 41 brand-new rental units and 2 commercial spaces, complete with full structural repairs, new mechanical systems, and interior buildouts.

Project complete at Florence Brasser School!

UDN Construction completed interior and exterior upgrades including a new addition with an entry vestibule, reception area, administrative offices, and a new nurse’s suite. We also refreshed 12 rooms with new flooring, ceilings, cabinets, countertops, and paint.

Outside, students now have a new entry walkway with heated sidewalks and overhead canopies, along with updated bus loop canopies and modern exterior wall panels.

Proud to help create a safer, more welcoming space for students and staff!
