Building clarity, sequencing, and shared accountability through effective Pull Planning.

A comprehensive visual pull-planning session was conducted with participation from DiPasquale Construction, Inc., Pike Construction Services, and all trade partners to define and sequence the remaining work for the Monroe Community College ATC Project. The session focused on aligning the balance of construction activities and reinforcing cross-trade coordination to maintain a unified ex*****on path.

The team remained fully engaged, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for the Monroe Community College ATC Project.

DiPasquale Construction, Inc. an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer, is inviting qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors to submit bids for the SUNY Fredonia – Jewett Hall Renovation Project in Fredonia, NY.

Bid submissions are due by 1:00 PM on October 21, 2025.

The scope of this project includes complete interior gut demolition, full envelope replacement, and interior fit-out of the approximately 65,000-square-foot Jewett Hall, including the roof.

We are seeking participation from qualified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors across a broad range of trades, including but not limited to the following: brick envelope demolition and reconstruction, concrete slab demolition and removals, concrete, masonry, structural steel, steel stairs, miscellaneous metals, railings, millwork, thermal protection, sealants, wall coverings, flooring, EPDM roofing, sitework, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and hazardous materials abatement.

Participation Goals:
• MBE: 12% • WBE: 8% • SDVOB: 3%
