🔧👏 Congratulations to our August Good Neighbor Award winner, Ryan R.!

Sometimes being a good neighbor means simply seeing someone who could use a hand - and stepping up to help.

When Ryan heard that a coworker’s exhaust had fallen off, he didn’t hesitate to offer his help. He even stayed 2.5 hours late to help tack up and refit a new exhaust and get them back on the road.

That kind of generosity - giving your time, skills, and a little extra effort to help someone else - is exactly what our Good Neighbor Award is all about.

👏 **Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month, CJ Jensen!** 👏

For more than ✨️ 20 years✨️ CJ has played an important role in shaping the quality, standards, and reputation of Briese Iron Works.

There was a time when CJ WAS the inspection department. As Briese has grown, he has helped build and develop the team we have today - training inspectors, sharing decades of knowledge, answering questions, and taking the time to help others become better at what they do.

And that may be one of the greatest parts of CJ’s impact here.

His work can be seen in the quality of the steel that leaves our shop, but his legacy can also be seen in the people he has taught, mentored, and helped grow throughout their careers.

More than two decades of knowledge.
More than two decades of dedication.
More than two decades of helping uphold the Briese standard.

CJ, thank you for everything you have contributed to Briese Iron Works since 2006 - and especially for investing your time and knowledge in the people around you.

🔹What do you enjoy most about your job: Learning all the new things that come with my new position and watching my team succeed each night.
🔹What is something people might be surprised to learn about you: I have 4 little ones at home and almost have a bachelor's in peace officer.
🔹What do you like to do outside of work: I enjoy fishing/hunting/gaming and taking the kids to new playgrounds around where we live.
