Position: Receptionist

Job Type: Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Pay: $20-25/hr

We are looking for an organized and personable receptionist to oversee daily office functions, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clients while providing reliable administrative support to our staff.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate deliveries, and assist with vendor communications.
- Support team members with general office needs and correspondence.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred.

Pay: $25-30/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance technician to oversee facility repairs, equipment upkeep, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and general facility repairs.
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related technical role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics.
