It’s crazy that I even have to say this but it’s getting to the point where everyone should know. Prices just keep going up and up, same as gas and everything else. In the past 2 years equipment and supplies have gone up about 40% with it projected to continue climbing and unlike gas they don’t go back down. If you’re considering upgrading or replacing i highly recommended sooner than later. You’re just adding more and more for something that’s probably not that far away from being a necessity. Even if I’m not your hvac guy get ahold of yours it’s only going up and there’s nothing we can do about it.

It doesnt seem like much but this is the importance of preventative maintenance. Every 3 months these get cleaned and still manage to fill back up. The issue is most bars and restaurants just dont keep up with the cleanings and it ends up costing them big bucks when the compressor dies. Service contracts and pm is the most important thing you can do for your equipment. Just like your car, it extends the life of the unit exponentially.
